Project overview: BDD and full QA coverage introduced from scratch

Our design experts revamped the client’s HR tool that enables employers to create healthier work environments, eliminate toxic behavior, and significantly reduce talent turnover. The tool offers a secure reporting app, allowing companies to quickly identify, resolve, and act upon cases involving misconduct or harassment. While working with the client, our QA team developed the company’s testing strategy, manual testing cases, and automated tests from scratch, fully covering all business-critical functionality. Our engagement with the client spans backend, API, and UI testing and focuses on behavior-driven development integrated with a streamlined continuous integration process.
